We really care about our clients and we like to make things as easy as possible for them. These are some of the things that are important to us:

• Your first consultation with us is complimentary
• Our fees are affordable
• We can meet either at your office or ours (as well as pickup/drop off of paperwork)
• We can easily be reached in person, by telephone or email when you have questions
• We can show you how to organize your paperwork to minimize your bookkeeping fees
• We send e-mail reminders in advance of your payments to agencies so you can avoid penalties and additional costs
• We deliver your remittance cheques (CRA, WCB, PST etc) directly to each agency for you
• We will contact the CRA on your behalf if there is a questionable penalty or interest charge
• We can provide easy to read monthly, quarterly or annual financial reports
• We have a good sense of humour, are approachable and really easy to talk to and are happy to answer your questions!
