Annie Evans

Annie joined the B A Sheahan & Associates Ltd. team at the beginning of the tax season for 2019. Having worked with the previous owner, Annie is familiar with the processes necessary when working to complete tax returns for a large number of clients.

Annie was given the organizational task of client management, a process that included organizing the files, obtaining proper authorization forms signed by the clients, preparing the basic returns by downloading information from the CRA website for every client, and setting the files up for final processing. Once the actual tax return was completed, Annie also followed up with all the clients, insuring that their returns were filed on time, their notices and payments once identified were submitted on time, and also she completed a final review to insure that no clients were left out of the process, and that all tax returns were completed and filed on time.

In addition to her organizational work on tax filings, Annie is an excellent bookkeeper with previous management experience, and achieved the position of certified company secretary in the UK. She now works effectively with our team to provide bookkeeping services to a number of personal and corporate clients.
